In 2018, streaming technology was relatively new. As the team leader, my primary objective was to create a bulletproof user experience across six distinct platforms. We addressed the intricacies of each platform, all of which presented their own unique design constraints. The team met the challenge head-on and adapted the design to accommodate each device-type.

Stirr is a connected TV-first experience, our aim was to ensure that the navigation layers and user experience felt seamless regardless of device type.

Content Management System

To ensure content is delivered effectively, we were tasked to create and deliver a bespoke CMS system that handled an array of tasks. Today the system empowers producers to add or remove channels at will, include or exclude programs at specific times, and manage various aspects such as artwork, metadata, and ad placement, ensuring dynamic control over the platform's offerings at any given time.
