During a six-year period, we released two primary versions of the application for iOS and Android, continuously iterating between each launch. In the initial launch, we developed native apps for both iOS and Android. For the second iteration, we chose to consolidate into a single codebase composed of React builds.
With the second version of the apps, we spent time addressing customer needs by analyzing app store reviews, sending out various surveys, and testing live prototypes with our users. We addressed customer pain points by iterating and refactoring many of the flows.
